0fc1c85b34 New: Module notification has been enhanced: 
EMail use now language of target contact.
Can also define a fixed email for notifications.

e3fede595f Removed all triggers _BUILDOC. Building a document is not a business 
status change but a technical action. So hooks must be used instead.
