a8f7fa91e8 Qual: Use a factory to create databse instance. This allow to use 
different driver so different databases in same page or scripts. This

463d42a9ae Correction problème de charset 
Lorsque MySql est configuré par défaut en UTF-8, il était impossible d'utiliser le format ISO.
Les caractères avec accents devenaient des ?

fcb7e9d700 Amélioration du support UTF-8 pour la génération des pages Web. 
La variable du charset d'affichage qui est mis dna sle fichier config est stocké dans l'objet $conf et non en session.

A faire :
* Approfondir les test d'installation pouvant entrainer des erreurs
* Finir de complet les fichiers de langue afin de ne plus avoir de terme en dur dans les pages. Dans le cas contraire, il y a des problèmes d'affichage de caractère lorsqu'ils sont accentués
