283aeb2945 Fix: Add option MAIN_USE_LOCALTAX_TYPE_7 to hide localtax 7 because 
type 7 need to be implemented at invoice level, not line level. This
disable the feature (we need better implementation) without removing it
for people using it in the past.

5e42a9ff8a Fix: Revert again another fix that was not correct. It was no more

To return a string to show or an array or error codes, this must be done

or

8d206fdfb0 Prepare move to other licence. For the moment all answers for licence 
upgrade were not yet received. So we prepare for GPL by uniformizing
licence text keys to GPL-3+. Will move later to AGPL if all answers are
positive.

1851aa4646 Fix: Move not stable feature as experimental. Disabled box by default 
because there is still some bug (pgsl support, filters) and major
problem to solve (it slow down seriously Dolibarr, result not accurate
for some status).
