if buy price not defined, define buyprice as configured in margin admin.
If 'Force buying price if null' is off, marge will be equal to suggested
default.(min supplier price or pmp)
Updated all classes reading 'Force buying price if null' setting.

5ca6593a57 Fix serious deadlock feature. It was possible to link with no way to 
unlink. What if user make a bad click ? I complete feature with

56b5bfd25b NEW: Implement option SUPPLIER_ORDER_USE_DISPATCH_STATUS to add a status 
into each dispathing line of supplier order to "verify" a
reception is ok. Status of order can be set to "total/done" only if line
is verified.

41a74c62e2 Fix trigger to insert lines where called when inserting line but also 
when cloning parent object, making no way to know when to use them or
not. I introduced a context to allow code to know that and do not

3.7: WORKFLOW_PROPAL_CAN_CLASSIFY_BILLED_WITHOUT_INVOICES => Button
"Classified Billed" is visible on proposal even if there is no invoice

Fixed: Also fix get list of invoice that report too many data.
