if buy price not defined, define buyprice as configured in margin admin.
If 'Force buying price if null' is off, marge will be equal to suggested
default.(min supplier price or pmp)
Updated all classes reading 'Force buying price if null' setting.

5ca6593a57 Fix serious deadlock feature. It was possible to link with no way to

82682dfc66 Remove useless variables for common object 
Fields name / civility / ... are nonsense for a lot of objects into Dolibarr.
They could be defined for each object instead of into the common object class.
This for the API which exposes a property civility for a category :\

into each dispathing line of supplier order to "verify" a

after running by a return code that is an int 
0=execute standard code, 1=disable standard code

To return a string to show or an array or error codes, this must be done
by setting
$actionclassinstance->results
or
$actionclassinstance->resprints

8d206fdfb0 Prepare move to other licence. For the moment all answers for licence 
upgrade were not yet received. So we prepare for GPL by uniformizing
licence text keys to GPL-3+. Will move later to AGPL if all answers are
positive.
