Which are: Commande, Contrat, Livraison, Facture, Projet, Propal, Task, Expedition, CommandeFournisseur, FactureFournisseur and therefore deprecated the following methods supplier_order_pdf_create, supplier_invoice_pdf_create, delivery_order_pdf_create, task_pdf_create, propale_pdf_create, project_pdf_create, facture_pdf_create, expedition_pdf_create, commande_pdf_create

(module dedicated to manage salaries and salary payments).
Qual: Also module for employee to declare trip and expenses has been
moved into same place than module for employee to declare holidays
(into HRM top entry). It is not an accountancy module so no reason to
have it into entry "Accountancy".

abc96b51fa Enable extrafields for customer order, proposal and invoice lines. This

fbeb61861a Start to remove too low level permission. Philisophy of dolibarr is 
having a minum of permission. Starting to include one permission for
each field we manage should not be into core.
Also activation of "skype" field in a future should probably be
rewritten to support as several communication id (chat, skype,
hanghout) with only one feature.

27a435994a Qual: Some methods object->addline used a first parameter that was 
object->id, some not. Of course this was not a good pratice, since
object->id is already known so no need to provide it as parameter.
All methods addline in this case were modified to match good
pratice and be uniformed with others.

a5b174eccc Fix: Architecture of getCurrency was wrong. Cache was not stored 
correctly and dict file loaded several times. There was also bug on PHP
without mb_string function.
Now function is a method of $langs object. All bug fixes.

d6a5b224fb Revert bad practice: setEvent use SESSION. Such usage is limited to HTML 
page context and can be used inside any pages.
However usage of _SESSION must never be used inside a library (except
for function dedicated to HTML page context), and never inside
object classes (we must use $this->errors, $this->mesgs or
$this->warnings instead).

06c5f3427c New: There is now two "inline edit" solution: Solution 1 use jquery 
and is enabled if MAIN_USE_JQUERY_JEDITABLE is on. Solution 2 use a link
"edit field" on resubmit page for eache field (this is by default). And
we are ready to add more.
New: Add also option MAIN_EDIT_ALSO_INLINE. Goal of this option is to
say: Even if this field can be edited by a global edit form, we allow
field to be edited with the "inline edit" feature (whatever is the
inline edit solution active). This option is to keep the standard
behaviour "We must click a "modify" button to allow to edit globally all
fields at once working and have only this way. If option is on, we can
also use the inlinde edit. If off, inline edit is available only for
fields not included into a global "modify" form.
