b57232bd24 Restore old behaviour for free text using a manual break because new one has several bugs: 
* Text must not start before left margin (text truncated on some printers).
* Autowrap works iif there is two lines but not more.
* A blank line is wasted.
* Break is sometimes wrong, sometimes good dependin if there is special char or not in text.
* There is no way to choose how to format/wrap text. Manual choice make user to free to wrap where he wants.

For using the new way, just add a contact of type "delivery" on the contacts tab of order.

2be9a2fdb4 Fix: If multiprice is enabled and level is not defined for customer, we always use the level 1. We can't use the denormalized price stored in product table as this price is the last price saved (it might be any level) and should never bee seen by user when multiprice is activated. 
So we force the level to 1 if not defined.

e86917a148 Renamed conf->cookie_cryptkey into conf->file->cookie_cryptkey. The goal is to have all parameters defined inside file conf.php to be in $conf->file->xxx.
